Our provencale villa is situated in St. Antoine, a small quiet residential village, 5 minutes from l’Isle sur la Sorgue, which is a famous antique centre with riverside cafes and its colourfull market on sundays and thursdays. It is a very quiet location situated on an even surface facing hillsides and vineyards.

Within 1/2 hour drive you are in Avignon (TGV trainstation) and within one hour you are in Marseille Marignane international airport. Arles, les Baux, St. Remy, Aix en Provence are those nearby typical Provence towns where Vincent van Gogh got his inspiration. In the area you will find many perched hilltop villages and fountains. One can canoe on the river Sorgue, play golf at several local courses (nearest is 10 min.) and the immediate surroundings are ideal for hiking and biking. The coast with many hidden beaches is only one hour drive away from us.

Getting there

• The property is less than ½ hour from Avignon.
  
• Less than 1 hour from TGV station Avignion
  
• Less than 1 hour from Marseille Airport
• Autoroute from Lyon to Marseille: take exit 24 direction Isle sur la Sorgue.
  
• From Marseille airport take direction Salon de Provence/Lyon and take exit 25 Cavaillon/Isle sur la Sorgue
  
• In the town Isle sur la Sorgue follow Carpentras. After the roundabout with McDonalds on your left, turn right to St. Antoine and follow the red sign “Domaine de la Gasqui etc”.
• The road will lead uphill over a small bridge. Keep on following the sign and you will arrive at Chemin the la Gasqui. We are on the first gate on your right hand side.
